Notes The Common Cerulean is found in wooded areas and edges of dense forests. It prefers areas that are partially sunlit so it can find both shade and sunlight easily.
Identification

The Common Cerulean occurs in dry and wet season forms. The photograph above shows the greyish-white wet season form. In the dry season it is pale brown and has broader lines.

The third line from the base of the forewing is straight in the Common Cerulean. In the Metallic Cerulean the line is broken in two and in the Dark Cerulean it is broken into many fragments.
